In addition, James is a qualified financial advisor and mortgage consultant, giving him the benefit of a holistic view of residential property purchase and ownership. His earlier career involved employed positions in the City of London in the insurance and risk management markets.

Lee is a founding partner and stakeholder in Morton Smith & Sands Limited. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and has a vast experience of estate agency in the local area. Prior to forming Morton Smith & Sands, Lee held senior branch positions within both large corporate and independent estate agents across the South Suffolk area.
